We are looking to grow our sales team with the addition of a window expert with an eye for design. We value craftsmanship and leaving our customers with a quality home improvement they will enjoy for years to come.
Our team is composed of experts with backgrounds in window and door manufacturing and installation, period architecture, and interior design who educate homeowners and design creative and beautiful solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong base knowledge of replacement windows, has experience working with the product lines of Marvin Windows & Doors, and has experience in sales.
Our ideal applicant
• Represents our company and brand,
• Upholds our reputation to existing clients and new customers,
• Is capable of running at least one meeting with a new client per day,
• Can manage multiple projects at different stages along a sales funnel,
• Knows and has experience with Marvin windows,
• Is comfortable driving up to 20 miles a day for new appointments,
• Has proficiency using CRM and Microsoft Office suite.

We are a small company looking to add a highly skilled lead carpenter with a positive attitude who will be capable of taking out and managing projects after a training period and be able to cooperate with other members of our window and door installation team. We value craftsmanship and leaving our customers with a quality home they will enjoy for years to come.

A company vehicle will be provided for qualified employees and can be parked at home every night and over the weekend.

• Has a minimum of five years of experience in residential remodeling,
• Is prepared to lead projects with basic onboarding and training shortly after starting,
• Will treat client homes with care and respect, and work diligently and professionally in the presence of homeowners,
• Can comfortably lift and carry objects heavier than 100 lbs., like windows and doors, and is familiar with safe and proper lifting technique,
• Has experience with and is knowledgeable about Marvin windows.

We are seeking a highly capable individual who can come to us with several years of window and door installation and/or general home remodeling experience to join our installation team as a competent assistant to our lead carpenters. This position can be on a track to promotion to lead carpenter. We value craftsmanship and leaving our customers with a quality home they will enjoy for years to come.

Classic Sash & Door is a window and door installation contractor looking to add a high quality individual with a positive attitude to our installation team immediately. We value craftsmanship and leaving our customers with a quality replacement window or door project they will enjoy for years to come.
Our idea applicant will:
• Drive the company box van and ensure materials are delivered to their respective job sites in the Portland area safely,
• Keep our warehouse and parking lot clean and organized, as well as assist with the cleaning and orderly maintenance of our vehicle fleet,
• Communicate and coordinate directly with our vendors for product delivery,
• Unload windows and doors from delivery trucks safely,
• Help as needed and assistant our lead carpenters during installations on job sites.
This position is:
• full time and year round.
• 9/80 hour work schedule.
• Candidates interested in developing their carpentry skills could advance into full time window and door installers with the right mindset.
• Position will be directly supervised by the Installation Team Manager, but will also work closely with the office and other lead carpenters for product and material distribution
Requirements:
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
• Competently drive a 16 ft box van on any surface roads in the Portland area. We primarily work on single family homes in inner city neighborhoods.
• Able to comfortably lift and move around windows, doors, and other heavy objects in a controlled manner and is familiar with safe and proper lifting technique.
• Treat client homes with care and respect, and work diligently and professionally in the presence of homeowners.
• Experience with and knowledge about window and door installation is a huge benefit.
