PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All products that Classic Sash & Door sells and installs are warranted by the Marvin Windows and Simpson Doors.
MARVIN WARRANTIES
Marvin products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty providing peace of mind that Marvin products will last the entire time you live in your home. Marvin warranties are fully transferrable and apply to Marvin Ultimate, Marvin Elevate, and Marvin Essential windows.
SIMPSON WARRANTIES
Simpson products are covered by Limited Warranties covering workmanship and materials and ranging from one to ten years, depending on product.
OUR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
We are proud of our craftsmanship and stand behind all our projects to guarantee the installation will be free of defects in workmanship. As a Marvin Certified Dealer, our installations are guaranteed to meet manufacturer’s specifications so that all product warranties are in force. If an issue arises during the two years following installation, Classic Sash & Door will work to repair or replace the defects at no charge.
