Depending on the time of year, a project can take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks from design to completion. After the initial meeting and design phase, you will hear from us when your windows or doors are complete and ready to be installed. We will then call you 1 to 2 weeks prior to installation to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

Although we don’t paint or stain your windows, we can facilitate that job with an outside contractor.
During the spring and summer months, windows can be painted on site. However, it’s best to paint before installation during the winter. One thing to remember is this: it’s never a good idea to put in an unfinished window or door during the winter – even if it’s primed. Finishing will ensure a long life.
Depending on the type of window, there can be several options. Some use latches, others slides. And all use a type of lift mechanism.
Yes. We sometimes encounter dry rot here in the Northwest. And when we do, we take care of it at a minimal cost. We will work with you to determine the best way to tackle the dry rot, where it can fit into the budget, and how fast we can get it repaired.
We do recycle old doors and windows when possible. And yes, you can certainly keep the old models.
